Please join the Essex County Estate Planning Council on Monday, Oct. 16 for a Lunch & Learn Event.  Attorney Vinnie Bonazzoli of Family Estate Planning Law Group, Caleb Harty of Harty Financial and Terasa Marshall of Anthony & Dodge, PC will discuss Special Needs Planning. 

This interdisciplinary panel will dicuss the various facets of special needs planning. At this lunch event, you will learn about:

  • The importance of holistic estate planning and often overlooked planning mistakes in a special needs context.
  • How to design a budget of future expenses for a child (housing expenses, lifestyle expenses) and what public benefits to plan for.
  • Special needs planning from a tax perspective, from trust taxation to certain deductions unique to a special needs situation. 

    Lunch will be served courtesy of Harty Financial.
