During this presentation, you will learn about:\n The critically important early moments of an injury or medical event. The vitally important documents that emergency medical providers are looking for. How to determine who is the client's "decision-maker" and when they were elected. Box 1598\n Newburyport, MA 01950\n ------\n\nAbout our speaker\n \nJoanne MacInnis, RN, is president of Aberdeen Home Care, Inc., an agency focused on the provision of high-quality, customized patient care with a focus on enabling elders to maximize their quality of life while remaining at home. Joanne has over 30 years of experience providing quality care to her patients. A registered nurse since 1985, she has worked in acute inpatient care at New England Deaconess Hospital Boston and Salem Hospital, and was a visiting nurses clinician, manager and administrator at VNA Care Network. Joanne was also a hospice clinician and clinical manager at Care Dimensions before founding Aberdeen Home Care, Inc. in 2001. Aberdeen, which serves all of Greater Essex County,  is a provider of concierge-level, private-duty in-home care, from rehab and surgical recovery to custodial and end-of-life care.
