Our speaker for the evening is Beth Francis, president and CEO of [Essex County Community Foundation](http://www.eccf.org). \n ------\n\nRegistration Information\n \nRegistration is required for this event. \n \nCurrent members are free; Non-members, $100. \n \nCurrent members (members who have paid their dues for the 2018-2019 membership season) should select the "pre-paid" option during registration. \n \nPlease remember to make your dinner choice during registration. \n ------\n\nAbout Our Speaker\n \nBeth Franics was appointed President and CEO of Essex County Community Foundation in May 2018, after nearly two years of serving as the Foundation’s vice president for development, a role through which she significantly expanded the Foundation’s donor base and helped to increase its overall impact in Essex County. Beth has more than 25 years of nonprofit development and communications experience. Before joining ECCF in September 2016, she served as chief development officer at the North Shore YMCA, raising vital funds for annual, capital and endowment support, while building the brand of the organization. Prior to that, she served as the organization’s director of product development. Beth is a graduate of Marquette University, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations and Communications. She lives in Beverly with her husband, Rich, and her two teenage children.\n
